Her sessions allow for a deep dive into a client’s fitness journey and goals resulting in a written deliverable consisting of a recommended training framework specific to each client. Her frameworks provide recommendations on workout types, workout frequency, workout duration and a ramp up of increased activity over time depending on a client’s starting point and goals.
