Carrie Wightman is a powerhouse in the fitness world. She is a former division 1 college lacrosse star, competitive swimmer, tennis player, and golfer. For the past 25 years, Carrie has leveraged her love of sports and fitness to help clients transform their bodies through in-person classes, personal training sessions, boot camps, and for the past five years, through her online virtual platform at carriefitness.com.
A fitness instructor at her core, Carrie has taught more than 7,000 in-person classes (most recently with Lifetime Fitness), 3,000 online virtual classes, and delivered 2,000 personal training sessions. Those classes and sessions span more than 50 fitness disciplines delivered to an estimated 200,000 clients ranging in age from 14 to 84 years old at all fitness levels. Given her depth of experience, Carrie has developed best in the industry methods that allow her clients to improve at Any Stage and at Any Age.
Carrie’s methods are built on the principle of “Smart Fitness” driven by strength training, proper form, and appropriate pacing during every workout. But that’s not all; she launched Fit4All her own proprietary line of women’s athleisure clothing, and built a successful career at QVC as an on-air guest host and brand ambassador. Twelve years ago, Carrie extended her fitness expertise to live television by representing transformative products and brands and introducing fitness equipment to millions of QVC customers that positively impact their lives. She has introduced and sold more than 100 fitness products on QVC generating more than $250M in revenue and in 2021, Carrie was recognized by QVC, Inc. as Best On-Air Talent. Carrie also has long standing partnerships with industry leaders such as Total Gym, Echelon, and Capelli Sports/Go Zone to develop and deliver customized virtual workouts for their brands.
Prior to committing full-time to her fitness career, Carrie spent 15 years as an award-winning medical and biotech sales leader for Astra Zeneca and had progressive leadership roles at the Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce. Carrie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Old Dominion University. She lives in suburban Philadelphia with her daughter, husband, and loveable golden retriever Sunny who co-stars in many of Carrie’s virtual workouts.
