Join me for this virtuoso blend of strength exercises primarily focused on the core. Core is king here but we engage all of the major muscle groups in our legs, back, shoulders, and chest for a great total body workout. 3 circuits | 5 exercises per circuit | 2 rounds | 40 seconds of work | 20 seconds of rest | low impact. I am using 10 lb weights and a 15 lb kettlebell.
