Join me for this REP Based barre workout focused on the CORE but also gives you so much MORE. Core is the focus but we incorporate our lighter weights, ball, and resistance band to engage all of the major muscle groups for strength training. Rest is at a premium between sets as we are getting in such a great session in just 25 focused minutes. Lets go! I am using 3 lb and 5 lb weights, long resistance band, small ball, and ankle weights.
