Join me for this very unique NO Repeats Carrie’s Calisthenics workout. We spend all of our time down on the mat flowing from one exercise to another. We barely touch the weights and focus on using body weight as the resistance, very similar to a flow based water class. We are going REP based and constantly shaping, sculpting, and strengthening for 30 minutes. I am using 3 lb weights and optional ankle weights.
